Common questions
What are your items made from?
Most of our range is printed in PLA+, plastic that's rigid, durable and doesn't smell. It handles everyday indoor use easily. Some items use different materials for strength or flexibility — check the specs on each product page.
Are they safe for kids?
Our items are display and decorative pieces, not certified children's toys. Small parts mean they're not suitable for under-3s. They're also not food-safe or dishwasher-safe, and we don't recommend leaving them in a hot car or in direct sun for long periods.
How long until my order ships?
Everything is made to order, so we print it after you buy it. Most orders are printed, finished and posted within 5-7 business days. Larger or multi-item orders can take a little longer — we'll message you if that's the case.
How much is shipping?
Flat rate $14 across Australia, and free on orders over $150. We ship to the USA and selected international destinations, with rates and any import charges calculated at checkout.
Why does my item have faint lines on it?
That's the nature of the process — these are built up layer by layer, so fine lines are visible if you look closely. It's a sign it was printed individually rather than injection-moulded by the thousand. If something arrives with an actual defect, send us a photo and we'll sort it.
Can you make something custom?
Yes, that's some of our favourite work. Replacement parts, personalised gifts, props, small production runs for a business. Send a photo, a sketch or an STL file through our contact page and we'll come back with a price and a timeline.
Do I need to supply a 3D file?
No. If you have an STL or STEP file we can work from it directly, which is usually cheaper and faster. If you don't, describe what you need and we'll tell you whether we can source or model it.
How do I look after my print?
Wipe with a damp cloth — no dishwasher, no boiling water, no scrubbing. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources like car dashboards and heaters.
Can I collect instead of paying postage?
We're at markets and events around Canberra and Region regularly — see Where to Find Us for upcoming dates. When placing an order select local pick up to and we will be in touch to arrange pick up.
